General Condition:-

·       Law Firms are obliged to use the program provided by the Public Prosecution to them,  only for the propose for which it is provided. Any mis-use of this program or attempt to unauthorized  access for information shall  be liable for legal proceedings.

·       The Public Prosecution has the Authority to disconnect this service temporarily or permanently from the  lawyers office without any prior notice.

·       The Public Prosecution is not responsible for the data which is retrieved by computer during the trial period. For example, If the lawyers office inquires about certain case status, it `s found that the same is under investigation, but by approaching the Public Prosecution he found out that the case has been referred to the Court .    

·       Lawyers Office is liable for proper protection of the programs provided by the Public Prosecution and the lawyers office undertakes not to transfer these programs to any third party and shall not authorize anyone to access or  run through this program .

·       Lawyers office undertakes to save and protect the passwords and telephone numbers provided to them. The lawyers offices are responsible to safeguard and  protect these passwords and telephone numbers.
