It has a role of guidance, prevention and curing
as concerns the delinquent juveniles.
Guidance
Considering that child protection is a
national duty and a human and religious
responsibility imposed by the Islamic Shari’a
and considering that children are a precious
wealth and cornerstones of the future and that
taking care of them is essential to a peaceful
childhood and to form a good citizen capable of
carrying on an honest work for a long lasting
future.
Prevention
Identifying
the psychological, educational and social
problems of which the juveniles suffer aiming at
finding the adequate and early solutions thereto
in order to avoid its future negative effects on
the youth as a whole.
Curing
- Subjecting the youth to a certain
measure (Judicial care) in order to reform
him and spread awareness in the family
through organizing special meetings with the
mothers of the juveniles to make them aware
of their environmental surroundings,
educational, social and material factors,
that may affect the juvenile in his life and
growth. In addition to the above, to
properly enrich the mothers with educational
skills and techniques.
- Follow-up the procedures and measures of
fostering foundlings in accordance with the
Shari’a principles and special social
standards.
- Studying the external conditions of
those living in critical economic
circumstances.
