- If the verdict is issued in absentia against
an accused of a Cheque Cases or Abstain of
Paying Obligation Cases without reason, he may
be get pardon and stop searching for him if he
possesses the following:
1- to present a Release Receipt authenticated by
the Notary public.
2- To deposit the claim amount into the Public
prosecution safe for the interest of the
plaintiff.
3- To submit application to pardon the convict
from punishment and stop searching for him.
