The court of appeal judgment may be appealed to
the Cassation Court by submitting a report which
fully contains the appeal reasons and has to be
submitted to the appeal section within thirty
days from the date of the judgment issuance,
unless the judgment was considered to be verdict
in presence in which period shall be commenced
from the date he receive the judgment. The plea
memorandum for the appeal reasons has to be
signed by a lawyer duty registered before the
Court. It is not allowed to mention any other
appeal reason before the Cassation Court other
than what had been mentioned in the specific
appeal period.
