There is no specific terms which shall be
implemented in all cases, as the decision of
bail shall be issued from the Public Prosecution
based on the condition and circumstance of each
case, thereby the terms of each case will be
different from one another, through the terms of
the guarantor shall fulfill the following:
- Must be UAE national or an expatriate resident
in UAE.
- Must not be too old that he cannot afford to
present the accused upon request, and must not
be a child or young man under age of 18 years
old.
- To bail the employer by his employee in
unacceptable.
- A woman having no first degree blood relation
with accused is unacceptable.
- In the Financial Cases, the guarantor must be
solvent.
- The guarantor must appear personally at the
Public prosecution premises to complete the
procedures of the bail and merely authorization
or power of attorney is unacceptable.
- The guarantor's address must be clearly given
for possibly of contacting him upon request.
- the guarantor's passport must be valid and for
expatiates their residence visa must be valid.
