Registration of the
proposal shall be done through the prosecution
site on the electronic network
2-
Immediately upon entry
the proposing party shall be given a reference
number for his proposal and he shall have to
write the main information.
3-
The proposing party shall
choose the kind of proposal and the body
concerned by the proposal.
4- The actual situation to
be modified shall be recorded followed by the
registration of the proposal in the box reserved
for this purpose together with mentioning the
advantages of the proposal; after which he shall
pres the button “Save”.
5-
Upon pressing the button
'Save' he shall receive a thank you electronic
message.
6-
The program shall
transfer the proposal to the Committee which in
turn shall transfer it electronically to the
concerned Body for study and opinion within a
period not exceeding a fortnight.
7- Should the proposal need
to be studied with other internal or external
bodies, the Committee shall communicate with the
concerned body and fix an adequate period for
its answer.
8-
The concerned Body shall
transfer its opinion on the proposal to the
Committee for decision.
9-
Upon taking the decision
of final approval by the Committee, the
following should be followed:

Notify the concerned administration to
start execution.

Follow-up the application stages of the
proposal.

Notify the proposing party of the
Committee’s decision concerning his
proposal and the compensation awarded to
him.
10-
Should the proposal be
already applied or is a repetition or is not
applicable, a message of apology shall be sent
through the electronic program with mention of
the reasons therefore.
11-
If the proposal is
accepted but its application is actually
impossible, the proposing party shall be
notified accordingly together with a thank you
message.
12-
If the Committee gives
its approval in principle to a proposal which
shall save or generate financial amounts to the
department, the matter shall be submitted to the
Supreme Administration for sanctioning the
approval and the proposing party shall be
rewarded in accordance with the Table of
Compensations. In case of refusal to sanction
the approval, an apology shall be sent to the
author of the proposal through the hierarchical
routing.
