submitted proposals shall be done mentioning the
measures taken in their respect.

Making a comparison and
measurement of what was planned with the actual
statistics for the purpose of evaluating the
effectiveness of the proposal system,
recommending to effectuate comparisons for more
than one year (yearly global cumulative
averages).
3-
Effecting determination,
allocation and follow-up of the money saving in
the cost of the proposals submitted on twelve
months basis and making the yearly comparisons
and the negative or positive extent of its
success.
