The Committee or the concerned Body shall
follow, in its evaluation of the proposal, the
following standards:

The legal contents

Development of the work
system and simplification of the procedures.
3-
Develop and secure safety
measures (for proposals of a technical or
construction nature)
4-
Reinforce the
Government’s electronic knowledge.
5-
The ideal investment of
human and material resources.
6-
Reach an environment of
work and services of good and distinctive
quality.
7-
Improve the services
extended to the users in order to be accepted by
the different classes of the society.
8-
Upgrade the level of
productivity and employee’s capabilities in
quantity and quality ensuring rapidity in
performance.
9-
Raise the level of
participation with the government departments
and other institutions.
