Outside user: Proposals are
unconditionally accepted provided the proposal
aims at modifying work obstacles or simplify the
procedures followed or it concerns a new
project; and provided that the proposal is not
included in the strategic plan of the
department.
In-house user:
1-
The proposal must not
include a complaint without submitting a
solution.
2-
The proposal must not
concern modifications to the functions and
duties of the proposing party in the department
or made for personal reasons.
3-
The proposal form must
include one proposal only.
4-
The proposal must not be
included in the strategic plan of the
department.
N.B.

The proposal is not
considered a personal property of the proposing
party conferring upon him the right to submit
any legal claim except for those material or
moral incentives offered in case his proposal is
accepted and applied.

The proposing party may
submit a grievance in writing through the
electronic mail of the Committee as concerns
precedence in submitting the proposal within Ten
days from the date of putting the proposal into
application.
