It has jurisdiction over:

Reviewing the judgments
issued by the criminal section of the court of
appeal.

Filing appeals, against
the criminal sentences issued by the court of
appeal, with the criminal Chamber of the Court
of Cassation, where necessary.

Attend the sittings of
the criminal Chamber of the Court of Cassation.
