Senior Advocate Chancellor Khalifa Rashid Bin Demas, Acting Director of the Attorney General in Dubai Public Prosecution honored the Field Subtracting Team at the end of their campaign to measure the level of customer satisfaction in the Public Prosecution, which came to achieve the most important strategic objectives and to promote the prosecution’s role locally and globally.
 

 

Bin Dimas praised the efforts of a team by putting an appropriate action plan to achieve the team’s objectives in addition to the coordinating with the various departments to ensure smooth implementation of the procedures. He praised also the voluntary participation of the students which gained experience through voluntary work.

He pointed through the ceremony to “The importance of field campaigns, especially those that have a role in the development of recommendations related to the strategic indicator for Public Prosecution to measure the level of customers’ satisfaction, which aims to improve the services and activating the process of planning and development, and develop new initiatives that improve the role of Public Prosecution in the organizational aspect and social developing fields’.  

Head of the team, Shamsa Salem Kritan Al Marri, said: “We used opinion measuring methodology during the campaign. We decided to establish the team from various departments as required by the working team mechanism so that team members supervised on the trainee students who contributed by distributing the survey forms in order to achieve credibility and impartiality in the polls”.

“Number of forms were approximately 1400 forms which distributed randomly in two phases, the first phase included Dubai residents from lawyers, customers, traders and entrepreneurs in the Land and Properties Department and the public in a number of shopping centers, while the second phase was for the Public Prosecution’s customers in the prosecution’s headquarter, Dubai Traffic Prosecution, Naturalization and Residency Department and implementation Department” she added.

 Student Moza Al Felasi, from Zayed University pointed to the importance of the volunteerism in such initiatives, which employs the student potentials in the social services and institutional development fields, as it reflected positively on the student's personality and allow him gain new skills.

 Student Badriya Regab Al Bloshi from the National Institute for Vocational Education, talked about the Field subtracting team role to promote the communication skills with the public. 

The participants’ students from various universities and colleges were succeeded in the distribution of the forms according to the working plan and the listed places in the plan, in addition to make a simplified report on observations and suggestions that it could develop the polls’ mechanism. 

 

At the end of the ceremony Chancellor Khalifa bin Dimas honored Shamsa Salem Kritan Al Marri major Statistics specialist in Quality Department, and Abdul Rahim Mohammed Issa a key officer in customers service, coordinator of Mass Communication in Public Relation Department Arif, Khalid Gloom Ali administrative officer in Cases Services Department, Hamad Abdel Wahed Al Zarouni coordinator for customer service in Public Relation Department and also the trainee students that participate in the polls.
