Field subtracting team in Dubai Public Prosecution ended the first phase of their campaign to measure the level of community confidence in public prosecution and the customer satisfaction, to achieve its strategic objectives of equity and efficiency of investigations and to promote the role of prosecution locally and globally.
The first phase was for a week and included Land and Property Department, Mall of the Emirates, City Center in addition to some customers in the public prosecution headquarter.
Head of the team and key specialist in the Quality Department Shamsa Salem Kritan Al Marri, said that the team is in collaboration with several departments in the public prosecution as the team mechanism required and that the team’s members supervised on the trainee students who participated by distributing of questionnaires opinion in order to achieve credibility and impartiality in the survey results.
The number of survey forms was 600 forms which distributed randomly on different categories like lawyers, prosecution customers, merchants category and entrepreneurs in the Land Department and the public in shopping malls.
The team members were: coordinator of Mass Communication in Public Relation Department Arif, Khalid Gloom Ali administrative officer in Cases Services Department, Hamad Abdel Wahed Al Zarouni coordinator for customer service in Public Relation Department and also the trainee students from the Judicial Institute in Dubai.
