The training team in the Human Resource Department in Dubai Public Prosecution organized a training course for three days under the logo "Leadership and future making” as part of public prosecution interest to exchange the experiences and knowledge in the training and developing field between the government departments to built qualified human recourses.  
     
  The training course was in cooperation with Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment and was presented by Mr. Ahmed Abdul Latif Ahmed expert at the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing. The course was based on two main pillars, leader and the most important practices in the future making.   
     
  The course aims to develop practical and field skills for participants in leadership creativity and effectiveness to help achieving the desired goals of institutions and individuals, and give participants the behavioral skills and leadership skills to enable them to deal effectively with the current and future changes, as well as to prepare a plan of self-development in leadership and building communication system and efficient communicate.   
     
  Deputy Executive Director for Management in the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing, Mohammad Hamid Al Marri, honoured the training team in the Human Resource Department in the end of the session in the presence of Professor Asma Mosa, Director of Strategy and Quality in the institute and Professor Wedad Buhannad Director of Human Resources in the prosecution.   
     
  Number of the prosecution’s staff participated in this training course in addition to staff from various government departments and other sides such as the Hamdan Electronic University, Financial Audit Department, Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Distinguished Academic Performance, Dubai Statics Center and Knowledge, Human Development Authority, Health Authority, Dubai Land and Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment.
