Dubai Court Cassation ruled the invalidity of the land's legacy which was given by the government to the local, without the Ruler's approval.
The Chancellor Abdullah Mohammed Ahmad Kleib, Chief prosecutor at the Civil Prosecution pointed the case was brought for Awqaf and Minors Affairs Foundation, to claim the defendant from the house's ownership because of heris absence. The defendant was claimed earlier to invalid the case.
Upon appeal the defendant before the Cassation court, which refused the case because of the land legacy was not approved by the ruler, any kind of trading real estate to support the public interest, without the ruler's approval might effect the individual and public interest. It is allowed to exchange the land, share or invest and rent if for period not more than 3 years.
