Deira Chief prosecutor confirms that case's disposal dose not exceed 12 days at Dubai Public Prosecution
Three accused in murder crimes to the court soon.

The Chancellor Youssef Mohammed Foulad Hassan, Chief prosecutor at the Deira Prosecution revealed that Dubai Public Prosecution is now investigating in two murder crimes happened last month, and will bring the three accused to the court for ruling, according their crimes.

Al Foulad Said : “ The first crime committed in Al Qusais and the second in Al baraha, the investigation is almost done, after we listening to a few witness but we are still waiting the technical report by criminal department at Dubai Police.”
According to the Chancellor said : “ we have received a call in dubai police last week that a Uzbekistan lady was founded dead in Al baraha area at one of the residence apartment which was dedicated for prostitution purpose.”
He continued : ” that Dubai criminals team found the two accused who admitted and demonstrate their crime scene, the two is carrying afghan nationality, who admitted that they have stab the victim with a knife to steal her after they had sex with her, and they were willing to steal the victim and her room's maid which was injured too.”
the other murder crime, is took place in the construction area in Al Qusais during a financial debate between two guards working at close site, and the Bangladeshi nationality attack his friend while asleep and hit him with hard wooden board which cause the death.
The Defendant had confessed during the investigation his crime, and explained that he gave money to the victim, and when he knew that victim had received his salary, he asked him to return the money because he will travel soon, but the victim refused to give him his money so he killed him.
Dubai Public Prosecution came to the defendant after few hours only after the  crime. He  confirmed that case's disposal dose not exceed 12 days at Dubai Public Prosecution a one of our objective.
