Dubai Criminal Court is looking after 9 murders cases, committed mostly by Asian nationalities,  regarding financial and personal problems, where 3 of the crimes was happened  because of womens and one of the crime with political objective.

The Chancellor Youssef Mohammed Foulad Hassan, Chief prosecutor at the Deira Prosecution declared that” Dubai Prosecution opened an investigation in a murder case committed by working man last weekend in AL qusais area.”
He added: “ the defendant had confessed in details his crime by beating the victim, but he denied that is willing to kill him, Dubai prosecution's investigation leaded by Chief prosecutor Khaled Al Ameri  assigned the murder and drunk's indictment.”

The Dubai Prosecution is waiting to hear the testimonial's feedback based on the medical reports, including the fingerprint's report, and forensics, in order to enable them to refer the defendant to the court.

The crime was committed by the accused which has same age of the victim 40 years old, where both they were sipped alcoholic drink in the evening, later on they were exchanged joke, where one of them cursing the other, so the accused took an iron tool and hit the victim's head several time until he die.”

Regarding other murder case's detail, referring to the crime court,  the first crime where a bengali Driver 24 years, killed a women of chinese nationality in a building in Al nayef area, after having a debate regarding the money paid for having sex with her which is 25 AED, so he got an iron tool, to hit her head and hands until she's dead.

The second crime committed by an indian sailor ( 52years) who killed a housemaid in Al Tawar, while she was with him in the car, he drop her veil and wrapped it around her neck and tights in the opposite direction which led to suffocation, because she resist him when he stopped her in isolated place and start touching a sensitive parts of her body, so he killed her because she mentioned that will inform the sponsor's wife.

The third crime committed, by a Pakistani worker (30 years) who intent to kill his friend in Jabal Ali area, and the fourth crime committed by an Egyptian visitor who killed a man from his same nationality in the hope of stealing, by using sharp tool and bit his head several times.

The fifth crime was committed by Sri Lanka's nationality employee (32 years) who killed his lover's husband, with coordination with the wife, he followed them near a grocery store in Al Jafiliya area, where they were walking in dark area hugging each other, he got so angry and he stabbed the victim with a knife in his back and tried to escape , but the victim followed and clashed with him but he got  several stab wounds in his chest until he die.

Another crime about Iranian and Tajiki to kill the Chechnya Commander AFB, which has political dimensions committed by Iranian ( 73 years) and Tajiki (73 years) with the help of others killed the Commander Suleiman Yamadayev.

In the Seventh crime, an employed indian (23 year) killed a man after a big argument between each other, he monitor his movements and waited him till asleep in under construction area and he hit his head a concrete stone which caused his death.

The last crime, an indian driver 30 years, was involved in murder case in Al Quoz industrial area, with the help of others and beat him by iron sticks till he died, because  the victim is selling alcohol in their area, in the ninth case where eight Pakistanis defendants are involved in murder crime to steal a warehouse guarded by the victim in Nad Al Sheba area.
