: Four member from Dubai Public Prosecution received the membership of The International Association of Prosecutors (IAP), to represent the Middle East for the first time in (IAP)

   The membership came along with the 6th IAP Middle East & Asia-Pacific Regional Conference which has been held in Dubai on November 14-16 , 2009.

The members are : The Chancellor Sami Al Shamsi – Prosecutor Chief, The Chancellor Ali Hamid Ben khatem -Prosecutor Chief, The Chancellor Ismail Madani - Prosecutor Chief, Mr. Mohammad Hassan Abdel Rahim – Assistant Prosecutor Chief .  

Since 2008,  Dubai Public Prosecution joined the (IAP) to leverage on the common interest between the both sides. The International Association of Prosecutors (IAP) the only global non- governmental organization of prosecutors, and not political, it has been established by the United Nations in 1995,  since it starts the operations in Vienna , the IAP is working with all the prosecutions in the world to exchange informations.

It was established due to rapid growth in transnational crime like drug, trafficking, money laundering and fraud.
