The Dubai Traffic Prosecution and Ambulance Services Centre signed a MoU to provide “Kermonecks program “ training courses, and the first-aid training courses for the Dubai Traffic' members.
The MoU was signed at Dubai Public Prosecution premises, by the Chancellor Issam Issa Al Hemidan , the Attorney General of Dubai Public Prosecution, Qadhi Saeed Al Murooshid, Director General, Dubai Health Authority, Chairman of the Ambulance Services Centre, with the presence of Khalifa Ben Derai, Managing Director, Ambulance Services Centre and the Chancellor Salah Mohamed Ali Bofruch Chief Prosecutor at the Traffic Prosecution.
The Chancellor Issam Issa Al Hemidan emphasized on the continuous effort by Dubai Public Prosecution to expand its strategic partnership with different organizations as per the strategic plan for DPP in particular and the Dubai Emirates in General.
ALMurooshid said : “ The agreement will achieve its distinguished objective by exchanging experiences among the human resources and build one teamwork spirit between the Ambulance Services Centre and Dubai Public Prosecution”.
Chancellor Salah Mohamed Ali Bofruch said : “ This agreement, will speed up the work procedures to provide Medical reports for the traffic accidents in daily basis, to avoid the delay which was last for four days.”
Khalifa Ben Derai, Managing Director, Ambulance Services Centre said:” Dubai is the second city in the world had introduced the “Kermonecks program “, where the first city is belgium, this program provide the best service for injured people before reaching the hospital, it shows the treatment and medicine for each situation, measuring the heart bit, blood pressure, Breathing rate, and finally a full Medical report, this service will be offered to Dubai Traffic prosecution to speed up the process for Dubai Court.”
Ben Derai said :” this program will carry the name of the incidents report program, it considers as a virtual doctor, who provides different services inside the ambulance car in Dubai and other areas like Hatta, at later stage the program will provide a new service to show Video with image and voice inside the ambulance car that allows Doctors at Hospital to guide the Medic and be fully aware of the patient's situation once it reaches the Hospital.”
