human trafficking cases..Dubai Public Prosecution report a human trafficking offender to the judge court

The Chancellor Khalifeh Rashed Ben Dimas, the Advocate general, president of the investigation team at human trafficking cases, revealed to “Emarat Al youm newspaper” that Dubai Public Prosecution report an offender to the criminal court, after his involvement in girl's rape، reserve her freedom,  he brought her to the country as a housemaid visa and he used her in prostitution work to pay off all the visa amount which is 8000 AED.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Bin Dimas pointed out that: “ The offender is in prison, refer to the two months investigations, headed by the Chancellor Yousuf Foulaz, Chief prosecutor at Diera prosecution. The offender will be punished as per the article ( 51) for 2006,  the federal law of the human trafficking cases.

 

 

 


Bind Dimas said : “ The offender committed his crime, to recruit the victim and took advantage of her weakness and lack knowledge of the new country, he used her for prostitution work, he has forced her to have sex with men, to gain money in return.”

 

 

 

 

 

 

The crime is “ humiliation of humanity “,  most the victims of human trafficking are not aware  of what is being done for them, should be reported as human trafficking crime, Dubai Pubic prosecution is always looking for those are exposed to sexual attack as victims who need support and protection, we always refer them to Dubai Foundation for Women and Children to get full support.

issued earlier, a new order to set up a new investigation team for human trafficking cases, formed by number of professionals to deal with this kind of cases and to any criminals cases related to, it is also provide all the legal, psychological and social support to all victims and raise the awareness in the community.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Bin Dimas explained with more details: “ the First Chief Prosecutor Yacoub Al hamadi, issued a report in a case for young women in her twenties, in Bangladesh was looking for a job opportunity through relatives, where she reached out the offender, who had issued housemaid visa in the UAE, since she came on 15th October, he welcomed her in the airport and took her to his place in Murqabat, where he raped her and forced her to have sex with men in different places to get the visa's expensive paid back.

 

 

 


He continued, after nearly 20 days, the victim has asked the defendant to leave the country, but he refused, hit her and close the door, where she managed to call some of passer- by from the house's window, who heard her voice, and get the  police to the apartment, where the  defendant  was close by the house and he opened the door for the police.

 

 

 

According to Bin Dimas, the "positive effort of the public was helped us to detect this crime and reporting it, which needs to be done by everyone to avoid any kind of this crime.

 

 

 

It is worth mentioning that federal law to fight the human trafficking crimes is the first law of its kind in the region, which known as the human trafficking in recruitment or deportation, threat or force, receive money to achieve another's person will, including all prostitution, slavery, servitude.
