The Chancellor Issam Issa Al Hemidan, The Attorney General of Dubai Public Prosecution decreed that death sentence for the Pakistani's child killer which was issued by the Court of first instance, is not a final ruling, as the death penalty by law can be appealed.

The ruling is a proof that all the investigations have been undertaken by Dubai Public prosecution and answered according to the law and other provided evidences.

He pointed out: ” The ruling is strict to the law, as I'm the The Attorney General representing all the society, whether in its people, funds, honor and freedoms. We should decree the death for these heinous crimes, where it stripped of all human natures and emotions, and to eradicate all these diseases from the society.

“The ruling is a reconciliation of the supreme God and the effort of all the investigators, chief prosecutors and assistants who did great job to the fullest. The distinctive and influential speech made by the chancellor Yousuf foulaz is a community voice for the ugliness of this crime” he added . 

Dubai public prosecution will continue to claim the death penalty in either Appeal and discrimination prosecution.
