The customer services department at Dubai Public Prosecution received criminal cases applications form, Mr Ahmad Mohammad Sharif Acting Public Relations Director: “ there is a private offices to receive the customer's application, mentoring and guiding them. It is also serve to register the applications and answering all the quires, in order to deliver it on time. There is offices to serve the lawyers, where the lawyer register his cases and check it by staff member of customer services or through self- service devices.

The Acting Public Relation's director emphasized that Dubai Public Prosecution is giving special care to the people special needs, elderly to clearance their transactions and inquires.

Mr. Ahmed said: “ This section has registered 55546 applications form, by customer services team in the Dubai Public Prosecution and receive 18061 applications online, where all those applications has been proceeded. It is also there is 24318 application in the private offices, to review and investigate by the Dubai Public prosecution team.

He also explained about the ten minutes policy to complete the transaction in the customer service department as per new program criteria that facilitate the procedures.

As per the Attorney General's direction, the section is provided by number of computers that serve the client serving department and to avoid waiting in queue, in addition to a fax machine, photocopier and telephones to complete the transactions.

Mr. Ahmad revealed that the new lawyers service was launched, which will ease all the registration and inquiry online, to increase the number of received applications.
