DEIRA PROSECUTION
• Bur Dubai Prosecution is headed by a prosecutor with a rank not less than the chief prosecutor and specializes in the distribution of works among the prosecutors working with him in addition to administrative and technical supervision. Bur Dubai Prosecution has the following jurisdiction :
1. Investigation and disposal of offences related to felony, misdemeanor and violations in which the other prosecutions doesn't have the jurisdiction and to be received by the following police stations:
- Al Muraqqbat Police Station. - Naif Police Station.
- Al Rashidiya Police Station. - Al Qusais Police Station.
- Airports and ports Police Station.
It is headed and supervised technically and administratively by:
